CHEY PETERSON
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chey Peterson, originally from Calgary AB has worked in fine dining, catering and street vending across Canada for over 15 years. He resides in Cobble Hill with his beautiful wife and two daughters where they love to garden and raise chickens.
In 2010 he launched his own business in Canmore, AB catering and teaching cooking classes. Recently he was the chef and owner of Kaleidoscope Creative, and had his own market stand at the Duncan Farmers Market. You also might recognize him as he was the executive chef at The Old Fire House Wine & Cocktail Bar in Duncan, BC

FRONT OF THE HOUSE GIRLS
These girls originally met and worked at a previous restaurant for 6 years and felt it was time to take the plunge and venture out and start their own restaurant together. They took some time to find the perfect location to make it their very own and special attention to details for their guests.
